Our offer

As part of the government policy regarding the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex individuals, the actions of the LGBTIQ+ CIGALE Center are divided into four pillars:

• SUPPORT AND ACCOMPANY

We offer listening, advice, and support to anyone with questions about sexual orientation, gender identity, coming out, and gender identity, as well as to their loved ones (family, friends, etc.).

• EDUCATE AND INFORM

We provide training to employees and officials in the country on LGBTIQ+ topics, particularly professionals in the educational sector (formal and non-formal) as well as in the medical and social care sectors.

We deliver workshops for adolescents and young adults for organizations in both formal and non-formal education.

• BUILD AND EMPOWER

We host and facilitate activities aimed at strengthening community empowerment synergies and reaching out to the general public to contribute to a more inclusive society.

• THINK AND SHARE

We collaborate with any organization interested in and affected by LGBTIQ+ topics.

We serve as the liaison with public authorities and stakeholders in the economic and social life.

We house the only LGBTIQ+ library in Luxembourg, offering over 1200 publications on these topics for borrowing.
